Ingredients
  

  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz salami
  • 4 oz capicola
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced banana peppers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer salami, capicola, mozzarella, provolone, and banana peppers on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

  • Add veggies: Sliced tomatoes, roasted red peppers, or shredded lettuce (add after baking).
