Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Blend olive oil, lime juice, garlic, oregano, cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Place steak in a resealable bag or container and pour marinade over it.
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, flipping halfway.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove steak from marinade, letting excess drip off.
  5. Grill 5–7 minutes per side, to desired doneness.
  6. Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  7. Serve with lime wedges, cilantro, and sides like grilled veggies or salad.
