Blend olive oil, lime juice, garlic, oregano, cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Place steak in a resealable bag or container and pour marinade over it.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, flipping halfway.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove steak from marinade, letting excess drip off.
Grill 5–7 minutes per side, to desired doneness.
Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
