  • Salted Butter to cook in

Method
 

  1. Slice challah or brioche into thick slices.
  2. Whisk cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Dip each slice in the custard for about 20 seconds per side, letting excess drip off.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-low and melt butter.
  5. Cook each side for 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve warm with powdered sugar, butter, and maple syrup.
