- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- In a bowl, whisk honey, BBQ sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush glaze evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Grill skin-side down for 5–7 minutes, then flip and cook another 3–4 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
- Remove from the grill, drizzle with extra glaze, and serve with lemon wedges.
