Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain fat.
Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Place 3 noodles over the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over noodles.
Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and ¼ cup Parmesan.
Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce and remaining cheeses.
