Method

  4. Gradually add lime juice until smooth.
  5. Pour into crust and bake 12 minutes until just set.
  6. Cool, then refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  7. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  8. Top chilled pie with whipped cream and lime zest before serving.
